 Post subject: The Akira... Again

It seems that the Akira loads from a hardpoint file it's not supposed to. I've been tinkering with hardpoint files of various ships, and no matter what I do, I can't change didley on the Akira at all. I can't even reduce my torpedo count or raise it, or add new types. Grr.

No, just going into the Akira.py file and adding the values. It works for most other ships, the exceptions I've noticed so far being the Akira and the sovereign.
Edit: For instance, I've got the USS_Archangel installed to the KM setup I use. It comes stock with upgraded shields, etc. The only downside being that it's slower, I've added torpedo types to it. It has borg Warp plasma torpedoes from Borg-Assimilated Sovereign, It has Romulan Heavy Plasmas from the Warbird, and Transphasic Torpedoes as well as the stock photons. It seems the game limits each ship to having 4 types of torpedoes.

IIRC you had to edit the ships custom/ship py to add more than 4 torp types.
